How old am I today?
Your age today can be calculated using your date of birth. By comparing calendar dates, we work out how many years, months, weeks, and days have passed since you were born. If you know your time of birth, it can be included for a more precise result.
Calculating your age
Your age is the difference between your birth date and the current date (or any date you choose). What we find is how much time has passed since you were born — not simply the current year minus your birth year.
How old was I on a specific date?
Change Age at Date to a date in the past or future. The calculator works for historical milestones (graduation, wedding) and planning dates (retirement, school cutoff). The end date must be on or after your birth date.
How many days old am I?
Multiplying your age in years by 365 ignores leap years and days since your last birthday. This tool counts every full day between the two dates:
Worked example
If you were born in 1995, a rough year subtraction gives 31 years in 2026 — but your exact age depends on whether your birthday has passed this year. Enter the full birth date and the calculator reports precise years, months, and days.
How old will I be in 2050?
- Enter your day, month, and year of birth.
- Set Age at Date to 1 January 2050 (or any future date).
- Click Calculate to see your age on that day.
