These Terms of Service (“Terms“) cover your access to and use of ShoutingNow at https://shoutingnow.com/, including our blog, guides, and free online tools (together, the “Site“). Using the Site means you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If that does not work for you, please do not use the Site.
1. Who may use the Site
You need to be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site. If you are under the age your country requires for consenting to online services, you may only use the Site with a parent or legal guardian’s permission.

5. Free tools disclaimer
Tools come “as is” and “as available.” Our online calculator emulators and similar utilities are not a substitute for approved hardware on standardized tests unless your exam rules say otherwise. We cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose, so use these tools at your own risk.
6. Intellectual property

Third-party names and trademarks, TI-84, WordPress, and SAT among them, belong to their respective owners and appear here only for identification.
7. User content
Submit a comment, message, or other content and you grant ShoutingNow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and reproduce it solely to run the Site and respond to you. You are confirming you have the right to submit that content and that it does not break any law or infringe on anyone else’s rights.
We may remove content that breaks these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without notice.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to third-party websites, embeds, or services, including analytics loaded after cookie consent. We do not control those and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOUTINGNOW AND ITS OWNERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, GRADES, BUSINESS, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR TOOLS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY $0 FOR FREE SERVICES).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so where that applies, our liability is limited to whatever the maximum the law allows.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ShoutingNow harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that come from your misuse of the Site, your content, or a violation of these Terms or the law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and ShoutingNow about the Site, and they replace any prior understanding on the same subject.
