# Disclaimer

*Last updated: August 6, 2026*

Everything you find on **ShoutingNow**, the tools, the articles, all of it, is meant for **general education and information**. Using the site means you accept the limits below, on top of our [Terms & Conditions](https://shoutingnow.com/terms/).

## Not professional advice

Nothing here counts as medical, legal, tax, financial, engineering, or other professional advice. Calculator results, blog posts, and guides are a place to start learning, not a replacement for a licensed professional or an official exam rulebook. When a decision actually matters, check it against a qualified expert or an authoritative source.

## Tools are provided “as is”

Our free tools, calculator emulators, converters, and utilities come **“as is”** and **“as available.”** We cannot promise they are always accurate, complete, or online, and browser-based tools do not always behave the same way across devices and screen sizes. Use them at your own risk.

## Exam and academic integrity

Our calculator emulators and study aids exist for **practice and learning**, not for use during an actual assessment, unless your school, exam board, or employer has explicitly said otherwise. ShoutingNow has no affiliation with Texas Instruments, College Board, ACT, or any other testing organization, so check your institution’s academic integrity rules before relying on anything here.

## Health and fitness content

Health calculators like the BMI tool give you estimates from general formulas, nothing more. They are not diagnoses, and they may not fit athletes, children, pregnant individuals, or people managing specific medical conditions. Talk to a healthcare provider before making personal health decisions.

## Third-party references

Links to outside websites, documentation, and products are there for convenience. We do not control what those sites contain, whether they stay online, or how they handle privacy. Mentioning a brand name is just for identification, not an endorsement, unless we say otherwise.

## Advertising and affiliate links

Some pages may carry advertising or affiliate links down the road. If a sponsored relationship exists, we will disclose it, and our editorial explanations stay independent of any commercial arrangement regardless.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows it, ShoutingNow and its contributors are not liable for damages that come from relying on our content or tool outputs. The full liability section lives in our [Terms & Conditions](https://shoutingnow.com/terms/).

## Corrections

We try to keep everything accurate and current, but mistakes happen. If you spot one, [reach out](https://shoutingnow.com/contact/) with the page URL and a quick description so we can look into it.
